New Theme for PhotoNeil
As you probably have noticed i added a new theme, its not perfect and far from finished, some things dont even work but im on it. It does have some pretty code though ;) New feature is on photos, check it out.

Seems like Internet Explorer 6 will be removed from most websites as a browser they need to adjust for their sites, aww rest in peace IE6
